Best Universities in Australia to study Tourism?

I'm thinking of studying tourism or something related to it, and one of my options is Australia. Which are the best universities that offer a Tourism or Hospitality Degree? If you don't know which ones offer that kind of degree, which universities have the best reputation?
Thanks.

These two areas are not within the subjects taught at universities - they are the province of TAFE collegues and private establishments (Blue Mountains Hotel Management School for instance).

Kate Lamont is an operating partner in the Lamont family business.

Kate and her sister Fiona Lamont personally oversee a wine and food business that encompasses a 10,000 case winery, sourcing grapes from 3 viticultural regions (Swan Valley, Margaret River and Frankland River), two cellar doors (Margaret River and Swan Valley) a CBD restaurant (East Perth), and a beautiful lakeside winery restaurant at Yallingup (Margaret River wine region).

Ms Lamont has more than two decades of experience in the food and wine tourism industry and she is the current Chairman of Tourism Western Australia.

She would love to know what you have found to be the best food and wine experiences across Western Australia to try and entice more visitors to come and unlock the world class range of food and wine in WA.

When we are in the city we always head to the Witch's Cauldron for garlic prawns! Yum!
I have fond memories of Leeuwin Estate in Margaret River - the restaurant there is lovely and the accompanying wines really make the meal. I went there with my family once and would definitely go back.
I also love going to Fremantle and pigging out on fresh seafood at Cicerellos the atmosphere is cheerful and the food is always great.

Battlefield Tourism

Battlefield Tourism
In the aftermath of the Great War, a wave of tourists and pilgrims visited the battlefields, cemeteries and memorials of the war. The cultural history of this ‘battlefield tourism’ is chronicled in this absorbing and original book, which shows how the phenomenon served to construct memory in Britain, as well as in Australia and Canada. The author demonstrates that high and low culture, tradition and modernism, the sacred and the profane were often inter-related, rather than polar opposites. The various responses to the actual and imagined landscapes of battlefields are discussed, as well as bereavement and how this was shaped by gender, religion and the military experience. Individual memory and experience combined with nationalism and ‘imperial’ identity as powerful forces informing the pilgrim experience. But this book not only analyzes travel to battlefields, which unsurprisingly paralleled the growth of the modern tourist industry; it also looks closely at the transformation of national war memorials into pilgrimage sites, and shows how responses both to battlefields and memorials, which continue to serve as potent symbols, evolved in the years after the Great War.

Tourism yes, economically no. Most of the bonds are on the educational or cultural aspects
